Shipping Policies

Rekluse Canada strives to ship all orders received within two (2) business days of receiving an online order; however, no guarantee of shipment date is made. If multiple items are placed on an order and not all items are available, Rekluse Canada may hold the shipment or ship a partial shipment at its discretion. In the event of a partial shipment, additional shipping will not be charged on backordered items. Items on backorder will be shipped when product becomes available without notification unless otherwise specified. All shipments are F.O.B. Rekluse Canada.

Rekluse Canada uses Purolator to ship all domestic orders. Priority Overnight, 2nd-Day, and Ground Services are available. All shipping rates listed on Rekluse.ca apply to Canada unless otherwise specified.

International Orders

In order to ensure Rekluse Canada is able to provide outstanding service and support on a worldwide basis, we work with a number of international distributors. If you are unsure of which International Distributor supports your area, please contact us for international ordering options.

Warranty & Return Policies

Rekluse Canada Products are warranted for one (1) year from the purchase date of the original product shipment from Rekluse Canada against defects in materials and workmanship. If Rekluse Canada receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, Rekluse Canada will replace products which prove to be defective. Warranty does not include other parts or labor for removal or replacement of warranted part. THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND Rekluse Canada SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE BEYOND REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Rekluse Canada products have a 30-Day Money Back Policy for products purchased in Canada. After trying the Rekluse Canada product, if you are not fully satisfied within the first thirty days from date of purchase, Rekluse Canada will refund the purchase price of the product upon receipt of the returned product under a valid RA number, see below.

All returns must be approved by Rekluse Canada. Rekluse Canada will issue a specific return authorization number (RA#) which must be clearly labeled on the returned product. Rekluse Canada will not reimburse for freight. Please contact Customer Service by calling 1.800.663.2317. Rekluse Canada will not accept any returns without a documented RA number.
